SSD vs HDD: Which One is Better?

Storage is an essential part of any PC build. SSDs (Solid State Drives) are significantly faster than traditional HDDs (Hard Disk Drives), offering quicker boot times and faster data access.

HDDs, however, still provide larger storage capacity at a lower cost, making them ideal for storing large files such as videos and backups.

For most users, a combination of SSD and HDD is the best solution. An SSD can be used for the operating system and applications, while an HDD can store large files.
